“I started EffectUX to create a better way to measure. For years I had seen organizations, leaders, and people measure things. Whether it was customer experience, employee engagement, or leadership capabilities. However, the insights typically obtained, while providing areas to focus on, often required more time and effort to take the right actions. Often a series of question's asking people how much they agreed with certain statements, were aggregated or analyzed, but this approach didn't necessary offer action and had nuances given the questioning. I knew there had to be a better way. A way to cut out that extra work and effort in taking action. Coming from the world of A.I. with a focus on data and algorithms, I developed a new way, borrowing from multiple techniques. My goal was to create measurement systems where the results were the actual plan for change and to enable people to understand exactly what was needed to start, stop, and continue to progress towards their goal. These were models that defined success -- what was needed to create an environment in which the goal would naturally occur. Once I had tested the process, I started EffectUX to focus on expediting the pace of change across customer experience, workplace culture, and leadership development by assessing against a success model and using these success models to make actionable sense of existing data.”
