To support employee wellbeing month, we are providing complementary wellbeing quick-pulses. The pulse is a quick 1-2 minute evaluation to reflect on the kinds of behaviors, found from research, that are needed to perform and feel your best.
Our hope is to raise awareness and provide informative content to help people be their most positively energized and productive selves.
How to Participate

After signing up you will receive a link to share with your team and coworkers.
Your pulse will remain open until Friday, May 31st, 2019.
After taking the pulse, individuals will receive their results along with some tips aligned to their areas of opportunity. No individual results or responses will be shared with employers.
After May 30th, the stakeholder will receive the aggregate results and recommendations, to see how they can best support their employee’s wellbeing and to inform future events or initiatives.
