Research shows that even though women demonstrate higher levels of empathy and collaboration, they tend to find it more difficult to take risks and suffer from lingering thoughts and negative inner voices, more than their male counterparts. Women who go through the EMQ assessment and programs see rapid and sustained positive impact.

We help women work through their limiting beliefs & behaviors, creating open & transparent cultures, and developing empowering mindsets and habits to support a healthy pipeline of leaders ready for success.

 

Individual Development

You can sponsor any number of your women leaders, on-track leaders, managers, or individual contributors, to go through the EMQ assessment or programs.

If you are sponsoring 10 or more women for monthly or 30-day programs, we will provide a complimentary lunch and learn open to any of your employees!

Events and Workshops

We conduct private and public workshops, and speak at events, on the topics of EMQ, using a combined approach of data and practical application.

Development Program Support

We can support existing development programs, and supply guidance or the EMQ assessment, to help you create healthy, happy, diverse cultures.

EMQ BREAKTHROUGH

Women will become aware of the behaviors that are negatively or positively contributing to their capacity and impact as well as receive a tailored plan and personal exercises aligned to their results.

  • Assessment (~45 minutes)

  • 60 minute session with coach

  • Personalized report and workbook

  • Leadership aggregate report (if 5 or more women are sponsored)

EMQ Monthly growth

A monthly program to equip women with the tools, behaviors, and mindsets they need to lead and achieve their version of success. Minimum of 3 months with each month focusing on an area for enhancement based on their assessment results.

  • Assessment (~45 minutes)

  • 60 minute session with coach/month

  • Monitoring (few minutes a week)

  • Coach support via email

  • Optional exercises aligned to areas of enhancement

  • Leadership aggregate report (if 5 or more women are sponsored)

EMQ 30 DAY KICKSTART

In 30 days women will make behavioral and mindset shifts to live from a place of greater awareness, accountability, and authenticity. This purposefully designed program balances time and cost with maximum sustained impact to the leader, the organization, and the people they lead.

  • Assessment (~45 minutes)

  • Weekly 60 minute coaching session

  • Tools, informative content, exercises and coach support via email.

  • Monitoring (few minutes a week)

  • Leadership aggregate report (if 5 or more women are sponsored)

More than 50% of the 750 women surveyed said they obsess over work, and more than 3/4 regularly felt a lack of motivation.

After just 2 years on the job, women’s aspiration level drop by more than 60%!

Women suffer from lingering negative emotions and higher levels of stress.

75% reported suffering from stress-related anxiety

71% reported feeling dissatisfied with life

CHALLENGES FOR WOMEN IN BUSINESS.

From our research and work with individuals and organizations we have seen first hand the factors hindering success.

EMQ works to build the core mental muscles, and habits, for achieving success.

Resiliency

Diverse employees can experience higher levels of challenges and adversity. Building resiliency helps them adapt in tough situations, lean into their emotions, process the moment, and progress with growth.

Risk Taking

Diverse employees have higher levels of fear of the unknown. This can limit them from taking chances, or leaning into new experiences that may be outside of their comfort zone. Being able to understand risk and process it, supports better decision making and increases exposure to deeper growth opportunities.

Value Congruence

Diverse employees often feel they have to be a certain way, or that they cannot express themselves. Feeling an internal alignment to ones intrinsic values, behaviors, relationships, and work enables an internal sense of balance which promotes positivity and wellbeing.

Communications

Communicating with purpose, threading a story to support a perspective and managing emotions are all key skills in having confidence to speak up in meetings and have healthy debates that all help bring diverse thoughts to the table.

Rumination

Women tend to get stuck in their thoughts, the could haves, should haves, and if-only’s. Being able to process moments and move forward is a key skill for personal and organizational success.
